Desde la fototeca del Ministerio de Medio Ambiente Español, publicamos estos dos folletos publicitarios del año 1970 y 1972, correspondientes a una motosierra Partner R18.

Una nueva "joya" filmográfica, histórica e interesante relacionada con la historia forestal. 

Hoy publicamos un video de la Filmoteca Nacional (NO-DO) del año 1949, en el cual se pueden ver el Campeonato Mundial de Trabajadores Forestales.

Se muestran varias disciplinas, correr sobre troncos en el agua y trepado por troncos.

A new "jewel" filmmaking, historic and interesting related to forest history. 

Today we published a video of the National Film Library (NO-DO) of 1949, in which you can see the Loggers World Championship.

They show various disciplines, running on logs in the water and climbed trunks.

1955 MOTOSIERRA IEL 52 Y TALA ARRIESGADA EN VANCOUVER (CANADÁ) - 1955 IEL 52 CHAINSAW & RISK CUTTING IN VANCOUVER (CANADA)

Una nueva "joya" filmográfica, histórica e interesante relacionada con la historia forestal. 

Hoy publicamos un video de la Filmoteca Nacional (NO-DO) del año 1955, en el cual se pueden ver la corta de un gigantesco árbol utilizando una motosierra IEL TWIN 52 y un hacha de dos filos, en VANCOUVER (Canadá)

En la segunda parte del video un trabajador forestal asciende 60 metros por el tronco y corta la parte superior del mismo (de 15 metros), quedando suspendido y balanceándose con el tronco, en una imagen espectacular.

A new "jewel" filmmaking, historic and interesting related to forest history. 

Today we published a video of the National Film Library (NO-DO) of 1955, in which you can see, the cutting of trees in Vancouver (Canada), using a chainsaw IEL TWIN 52 and double-edged ax.

In the second part of the video you can see the risky task of logger, who after climbing 60 meters, cut the tree whit ax (15 meters), and being balanced on a spectacular image. 

This action is probably for use, as a crane support.

En la búsqueda de material histórico e interesante relacionado con la historia forestal, hoy publicamos un video de la Filmoteca Nacional (NO-DO) del año 1944, en el cual se pueden ver los adelantos técnicos en la Industria Forestal Canadiense.

Se muestra el uso de una impresionante motosierra IEL (posiblemente del modelo "L).

También los trabajos de los trabajadores de la Powell River Company situada en el suroeste de la Columbia Británica (Canadá).
